1. Select the alert which you want to delete from the given list.
2. (a) Click on the 
icon from the alert toolbar to remove the selected alert. OR (b) Right click on the selected counter and click on the 
icon.
(c) Click on Edit -> Delete Item
3. The selected counter is removed.
