Opening the Quote Movements

Right click on the preferred counter and select Quote Movements. (See also Opening the Stock Database Menu)

Select the preferred counter and click on the

icon from the Stock Database Toolbar.

Select the preferred counter and press F9 from your keyboard.

Explanation

1. The Quote Movements is an extension of Time & Sales. In addition to recording each individual trade, all changes in the first level Buy Queue and Sell Queue are recorded and displayed in chronological order.

2. There are 8 columns in the Quote Movements feature.

Time	Time of occurrence
Buy Volume	Volume at the first level buy queue
Buy Price	Price at the first level buy queue
Volume Done	Volume done for the trade
Price Done	Price done for the trade
Type	S: Sell-down into the buy queue B: Buy-up from the sell queue
Sell Price	Price at the first level sell queue
Sell Volume	Volume at the first level sell queue

Hint:

The changes occurring at the first level buy and sell queue is important to traders who want to understand the pattern of movement of the counter.
