Opening the Insider Trades

Right click on the preferred counter and select Insider Trades. (See also Opening the Stock Database Menu)



Explanation

The Insider Trades is a database of trades done by directors of the company who need to declare their trading activities. These include company buyback trades.
            
Hint:
It is useful for the user to know what the Insiders are doing with their shares in the company. After all, no one really knows the company as well as the Insiders. However, insiders may also have their own personal reasons for selling their shares and hence, one should not generalize or read too much into these sell actions.
  
Note:
Some of these transactions have an attached note (highlighted in blue in the last column. It is important to click on this note to read the details of that particular transaction.
  
Hint:
To change the font size, click on the graphic icon in the top right hand corner.
